Meet Katherine Bentley, our professional receptionist. Katherine joined our team in September 2022 as a maternity cover for Frances Hayes. From the moment she stepped through the door, Katherine has been an asset to our practice. Her welcoming and professional demeanour, along with her excellent communication skills, have made her a hit with both patients and staff. She is always quick to sort out any problems that arise, whether via email, phone, or in person, and her reassuring manner puts patients at ease. Katherine's ability to be the face of our practice has made her an excellent front of house representative and we are grateful to have her on our team.
