We have a dedicated decontamination room where our instruments are processed to ensure we meet Best Practice guidelines on sterilisation and cross infection control. Our decontamination room is equipped with the latest medical washer disinfector as well as vacuum autoclaves, all of which incorporate printers and data loggers to ensure complete sterilisation.
We want you to leave with a smile on your face after every visit. If you feel there is any aspect of your visit we could improve on, please let us know and we will try our best to amend it. The General Dental Council has comprehensive guidelines if we are not able to resolve your concerns.
